Make lasting memories with your family at The Mercantile, perfect for all ages. The Mercantile has a king bed in the tv viewing area and a full murphy bed on the main floor with a full bed in the loft above. 

With the Black Hills National Forest to the rear and a meandering creek at the front, you can enjoy the out-of-town peace and quiet. There is a local family of deer that have made our neighborhood their home. There is a firepit located near the creek for evening relaxation.

The dining/tv viewing area has a table and chairs as well as seating for relaxing. The kitchenette offers a hot plate, toaster, brew drip 6 cup coffee maker, microwave, sink, mid-size refrigerator, and a 1/2 size dishwasher. There are dishes, pots and pans, silverware and a few basic dry staples on the cart. The propane grill is located out the back door. The 3/4 bathroom offers a pocket door with a generous shower. The countertops are custom made with gold touches and the decor has a bit of old-timers added.

Bring your ATV, UTV, motorcycle, or snowmobile as the trails are accessible directly from the property. There is plenty of room for extra vehicles and trailers at the southern end of the property for extra rigs. Parking for two vehicles is directly in front the porch of the unit and directly in front of the brown garage door right next to the porch.
